Chelsea are close to signing Leicester City left-back Ben Chillwell for a fee believed to be around £50m. The player is set to become Chelsea's third signing of the summer.
Chelsea and Leicester City have been in negotiations for some time but significant progress have been made in the last few days. The player is said to be keen on the move especially after Leicester failed to qualify for next season's UEFA Champions League.
Medicals checks are believed to have been completed on the player who is currently nursing an injury. It is believed he will be fully fit in a few weeks.
In other news, Chelsea are still in talks with Bayern Leverkusen for Kai Havertz.
