Manchester United transfer target Jadon Sancho has insisted that he is happy at Dortmund and that he loves playing with his youthful teammates.
Sancho who played 45 minutes for Dortmund in their 6-0 victory against Austrian side Rheindorf Altach has been heavily linked with move to Manchester United but it appears Dortmund might still have the star-man for next.
Speaking in interview with BVB-TV, Sancho said. "I love playing with this lot, It is a special bunch. We've got some special young players coming up. I am really happy to share the pitch with them and guide them."
He also spoke about guiding young players at the club who are in a similar position he was in, a few years.
"I joined [Dortmund] when I was 17," Sancho said. "Some of the lads are the same age. I've been there and done that. I can guide them in what’s good and what isn’t. I can hopefully motivate them as well."
Dortmund made their intentions clear on Tuesday when their Sporting Director in a press conference said, "Jadon Sancho will play with us next season,” Zorc said. “The decision is final. I think that answers all the questions." A statement many believe was message to Manchester United that the club will not reduce their €120m valuation of the player.
In other news, Manchester United have targeted Ousmane Dembele and Douglas Costa as alternatives should their move for Sancho fail to materialise.
